  • Traditional wire-connected style meeting might have many technical issues before or between the meeting.
  • People always try to connect the HDMI cable to their Notebook computer. But they found the signal did not show up immediately. So, they rush to ask MIS person to help to debug these issues. Even before the meeting start, meeting participants always have trouble to use in time. This is why we try to use Wireless translation style to solve this issue to let people easy to have efficient meetings without worry any technical issue. Participant just walk into the meeting room and all the peripherals including USB Webcam, USB Microphone, Speakers were all set and ready to be use immediately.

Synchronize data to main screen to get better efficiency of remote meeting

We use webcam device to capture meeting participant video via UVC (USB video class). Then, we transmit the video through wireless translation style to remote site to let remote site participant to see the local site participant. When local meeting people want to share their individual power-point presentation, we also can capture the power-point presentation and sent them to remote site participant to see this presentation.

Deploy wireless microphone feature in the transmission device(WCS-4000t)

  • Like above photo, each Tx(WCS-4000t) can have push button to share your own power-point presentation, also it can collect your voice.
    When the meeting getting bigger, we still can have very good voice reception response.

One push button to click and share 4K high quality content, switch in second

  • This system support 4K 3840x2160 high quality resolution, unique standard HDMI/USB Type C dual-connector, no need to install any software, just plug and play.
    Only need to push the translation button, then, your power-point presentation can be sent to the meeting screen and share with all persons;
    When other meeting anticipant need to share their own power-point presentation, just push their translation button.
    It will switch to show up the new presentation content.
    In this way, it can reduce the traditional complex process of pull out the first participant’s HDMI connector and transfer the HDMI connector to the second participant.
